Product Fine, Documentation & Support Poor, This product contains no instruction manual is very thin. You are limited to 26 characters by inserting the phrase safety at the bottom under the WPA permits. You can work around this problem if you use the "push" or methods of pine, but Samsung should correct this limitation (probably a relic of the key length WEP).
If you call Samsung support, you will see that they have no idea on how to effectively support the product - I could not even understand me most characters that support the security code (I did count).
Having said all this, once I used the method of the button to connect to my wireless network, has raised the widget for my Samsung TV well.
